Cabin Crew Training

Job Description / Working Conditions:

As layovers are often brief, it’s essential to take the opportunity to rest.Flight crew must be in top physical and mental shape to reboard the aircraft, check safety equipment, manage meal supplies, monitor stock of on-board products, ensure passenger comfort, serve meals, carry out duty-free sales, and intervene in case of first aid needs. Good physical and mental resilience is essential, even though a model-like physique is a plus. In addition to these qualities, clear communication, presentation, courtesy, service orientation, interpersonal skills, and a sense of responsibility are also required, not to mention proficiency in one or more foreign languages.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent / Baccalaureate or higher
– Age between 18 and 27 years
– Possess a sufficient level of general English and French to communicate and use documents without difficulty
– Physical criteria: 1.60 m to 1.78 m for girls / 1.70 m to 1.86 m for boys
– Weight in proportion to height
– No visible marks
– Ability to swim
– Medical examination CEMPN
– Selection interview (before enrollment in the SAFESKY SOLUTION Group)

*APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:*

– 3 passport-sized photos
– Completed registration form
– 4 legalized photocopies of CNIE + 2 copies of passport (if available)
– 3 extracts of birth certificates
– 3 copies of the baccalaureate, certificates, or diplomas (if available)

The flight attendant and steward welcome and seat passengers on board an aircraft, ensuring their safety and the smooth operation of the flight. During the flight, they serve travelers, provide information, and continuously ensure their comfort.

Practical Training: In a nearly real environment with necessary equipment:
– Flight simulator, slide, fire extinguishing, smoke cabin, towing, free swimming, lifeboats, CPR on a mannequin.
